Hines Zemsky Oral History Project

To further its mission to encourage and nurture educational programs that raise the public awareness and appreciation for art the Susan Kathleen Black Foundation has undertaken to create an oral history of the nationally known Montana artists Jack Hines and Jessica Zemsky.  The project will cover topics including painting techniques, philosophy and the business of art, biographical information, and personal anecdotes. Journalist, artist, and photographer Bob Bahr will interview the artists, record the interviews, and create a portfolio and slideshow of images to accompany the oral record.
